Fractional In-House Counsel: Aside from representation for a discrete matter or transaction, we can be engaged as "in-house" counsel. This enables a real estate, health care, or other client to have a dedicated lawyer intimately familiar with the client's operation and able to direct all legal matters for the client, without having to hire a full-time attorney.
